Care

Congregational Care

Our Congregational Care ministries reach out in a personal way to walk alongside you during good times and bad alike – including health concerns, loss of employment, welcoming a child, loss of a loved one or other life changes. With the our pastor and lay volunteers, we strive to take the caring heart and hands of Jesus to our members and church friends.

Prayer

As Christians, we are a people of prayer. Our church receives hundreds of prayer requests each year asking our Prayer Ministry (a team of faithful volunteers) to take their needs, concerns, and sorrows to God. All requests are shared only with our  Prayer Ministry and pastoral staff.

Baptism

“Through baptism, you are incorporated by the Holy Spirit into God’s new creation...with joy and thanksgiving we welcome you as a member of the family of Christ.”

With these words, our congregation ushers all who are baptized into new life in Christ on a lifelong path of discipleship. People of any age can be baptized at any of our worship services.

Weddings

Planning a wedding can be exciting but stressful. When a couple decides to get married, our goal is to walk with them through the time leading up to their special day.

If you are considering having your wedding here, begin by reviewing our wedding guidelines.

Funerals

While funerals and memorial services acknowledge grief, our focus is celebrating the deceased’s life, legacy, and new life in Christ. Our goal is to combine the joy that accompanies fond memories and the hope we have because of God’s promise of eternal life.

If you wish to schedule a funeral or memorial service, contact Pastor Rachel. We will work with you and the funeral home to establish a date and time for the service at the church, funeral home, or the graveside.
